Acceptance of these terms
By using VagonTravel services you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of them, please do not use our services.
Services offered
VagonTravel provides:
- Tours and excursions to local destinations.
- Custom travel experiences.
- Tourist transport services.
- Vacation package bookings.
Bookings and payments
Bookings are confirmed only after the corresponding payment is received. Prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include VAT. The published price is the total price: no charges are added at confirmation. Prices are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
Cancellation policy
- More than 7 days before: 100% refund minus administrative fees.
- Between 3 and 7 days before: 50% refund of the total amount.
- Less than 3 days before: no refund.
- No-show: no refund.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when booking.
- Arrive on time at the meeting points.
- Carry valid official identification.
- Follow the instructions of staff and guides.
- Respect the rules of the places visited.
Limitation of liability
VagonTravel is not liable for:
- Loss of or damage to luggage and personal belongings.
- Injuries caused by the customer's own negligence.
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
- Events of force majeure.
Changes
We reserve the right to modify itineraries when necessary for safety reasons or due to conditions beyond our control.

Language
This is a courtesy translation. VagonTravel operates in Mexico and these terms are governed by Mexican law; in the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
